It tows without too much problem (we keep it at about 55-60 mph for safety and fuel efficiency), but you really have to slow up a LOT in the mountains.<br /><br />The 178 and 179 are a bit heavier, so I wouldn't recommend either for a RAV4 if you intend on pulling your Pod through any mountainous areas.  If you do, I would recommend taking it very easy (i.e. sloowww).]]>

I just took a peek at the R pod 179 &amp; 178 that my local dealer just got in. Been waiting for a long time till he got them in, so that i can see them up close. I must say, I am impressed with all that they have. If my local guy comes in close to Couch`s quote, i will get it from him. &nbsp;If not i will be taking a ride to OH. I drive a 2012 &nbsp;Rav4 V6/tow package 3.5L 269Hp. 3500lbs tow limit. I have been searching for the past year all over the place. LOL &nbsp;likes this one.
