My main bathroom at home is almost as big as the R-Pod.

As a nurse I can tell you that alcohol based hand sanitizers are much preferred and more effective than hand washing with soap and water. Keep one in the bathroom and you will be fine. Below is a photo of a Scamp with a tiny sink in the bathroom - their large bathroom allows for it, about the only thing the Scamp has over the r-pod.  I think it would be a nice feature, but it would have to be above the toilet and high enough to not be in the way when using the john, which might be too high to be practical.  Still, it's a nice idea.

   We had owned a Icamp trailer smaller than the Rpod it had a sink in the bathroom it was nice to have, that and a medicine cabinet with a mirror. But we have learned to live without them. I have camped mostly with a tent, having one sink is nice to have. You will adjust. Its never been a problem for us - use the bathroom, use the sink.  If you are worried about germs on the knobs/handles, spray a little Lysol, or follow the rule of public bathrooms and always use your paper towel to touch anything.

Most wetbaths do not have bath sinks.
