However some radios have a mute function combined with the on/off button. Mute is accomplished by a short push of the on/off button; turning the radio on requires a longer push and hold. Sometimes the radio will "unmute" itself after a short time if not really turned off. If this doesn't help check for Doug's spooks under the Pod.

I would cut it off and it would cut itself back on sometimes in a matter of minutes, sometime hours. I never figured out why but for some reason it now has quit coming on. I did not do anything to stop it, it just quit on it own. I suppose it could start doing it again. Be bad if it did at a campground in the middle of the night.

We have only hauled it home from the dealer. About 200 miles.
The radio has been fine until a week ago. It is sitting in our yard, plugged in since getting home. Always locked. In the past week, we will walk past the camper & you can hear the radio playing softly. Sometimes indoor speakers, sometimes out door speakers, sometimes both. I just walked past, noticed it playing, unlocked the door, went inside, turned it off. Not 2 minutes later, when taking the second dog out for its morning constitutional, the radio was back on! Anyone experienced this? Have we pushed a button on it, that has caused this?
Perplexed.....
