We took the ferry over to Ocracoke two years ago. I saw several campers go over. as long as you take it slow you should be okay. Their staff was was very helpful and watching as they got on and off. You could call ahead to Hatteras Ferry Terminal (252) 986-2353 and they could probably give you some specific clearance measurements.

I've made reservations at the federal campground on Ocracoke Island. Does anyone have experience driving your Pod onto the ferry. I have riser brackets on the Pod so that should help.
