Thanks for the tip on Schooner's Landing RV park.  I will be taking the Pod (have yet to come up with a name) up the CA coast very soon.   I've been tent camping up until now so I can use all the RV park info I can find.

Thanks for the welcome!  Ive been wanting an R-Pod for many years now.  I just came back from taking the Pod on it's maiden voyage..California City, CA for some off-roading for 5 days (during the New Year week).   It attracted SO much attention due to the cute, unique look. 
Everyone was amazed on how roomy it is with the slide-out.

Welcome! We got our 2014 178 in October. We took our maiden journey over Veteran's Day weekend. We're taking our second trip in two days. We're heading out to the northern California coast near Albion to a place called Schooners Landing RV Park. We love our " Escape Pod". Hello, fellow Pod owners!  I just joined because I just bought a 2014 R-Pod 178.
It has yet to make it's maiden voyage but hopefully that will be the weekend after Christmas!
