I believe I know the answer, but do the 2014 come with LED interior lights?  I am removing the LED bulbs from my 173, just in case.

The 2014 pods come in only 3 upholstery color schemes.  Pebble, Saddle and Java.  I was only pointing out that the current production run has the Saddle  scheme.  It seems that several members are considering 2014 pods so I thought this might be of interest to them.  I am color-blind, but I believe all three are brown tones.

Yesterday was a busy day for me, but I did learn a few tidbits of information that might interest some of you.

I planned to install a hard start capacitor on my 173, which has a very quiet Coleman air conditioner.  After disassembling it, I discovered that the Coleman was already equipped with a factory-installed hard start capacitor.  No wonder my generator can run it so easily.  Chances are that if any of you have an older pod with a Coleman unit, you already have the hard start capacitor.

I have been thinking about buying a new 2014 178 for the past few weeks.  Yesterday we finally did, but it will not be delivered until on or about November 15.  It has all the bells and whistles, with the exception of a bicycle carrier.  What I found out is that the 178's that are on order come with the saddle interior.  Also, if any one is planning to purchase one that a dealer has in stock, be sure that it has the Crown Package, version 2, which has the cellular blinds and all of the other latest features.  The original Crown Package did not include all of the extras you might expect.  Again, be sure it is Version 2.
