Hope you get a buyer. It's a great unit.  FYI - we paid a little over 13k for our new 177 this spring - from online Ohio dealer, all options included. You may have to adjust price since you're competing with new warrantied units. Best of luck.

Sorry to hear that you must sell the Pod. My husband and I know what it's like to have grandkids living with you... we have had full custody of 4 of our grandkids off and on over the last 4 years. It's hard work all by itself, but add in the dysfunctional adult children and it's impossible. I did not mention the 177 also has a canvas cover made to fit.
Rhino hose.
Wheel covers.
White hose with pressure regulator.
New memory foam mattress.

Grandma and grandpa now have 4 grand kids living with us.
The R Pod has only been used for ten days of camping. Less than 600 miles on it.
The following have never been used:
    Heater
    Propane tank
    Stove
    Convection oven / Microwave
    R Dome
