    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=217" rel="nofollow">techntrek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3753<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20 Jul 2013 at 11:39pm<br /><br />Welcome. &nbsp;My family was just through your area a week ago, including going to the National Naval Air Museum - which definitely is one of the best I've seen. &nbsp;If you make it to DC you'll want to see the main Air &amp; Space collection on the mall, but don't miss the extended collection next to the Dulles Airport.&nbsp; That now includes one of the 3 shuttles (we were there the day they rolled it up to the museum and had it nose-to-nose with Enterprise). &nbsp;Out trip continues for another week, check out the link in my signature.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1955" rel="nofollow">PanamaMitch</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3753<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20 Jul 2013 at 10:11pm<br /><br />Greetings to all. &nbsp;My wife and I have just purchased a 2014 RPod 176T from Bama RV in Dothan, Alabama. &nbsp;We live in Panama City, Florida and will be making our weekend trips from there. &nbsp;We'll be making our first trip very soon to the Pensacola area to go to the Naval Air Museum and attend a local race track. &nbsp;We have two children who have decided that the bunk beds are awesome. &nbsp;Our tow vehicle is a Wrangler XL 4-door. &nbsp;I've installed a weight distributing hitch to ease things a bit for our Jeep. &nbsp;I have a sway control system, but have found that the pod tows quite nicely without it. &nbsp;<div><br></div><div>My wife and I have been campers for many years. &nbsp;I've previously owned an excellent Toyota pick-up based Class C motorhome, but we've been heavily engaged with the Cub Scouts for several years and that's a "tent only" experience. &nbsp; Glad to be back in a camper again. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Our future plans include a three week trip to Yellowstone next summer, a place I haven't been back to since I was a kid. &nbsp;Our children are at just the right age to appreciate the experience. &nbsp;However our first big adventure in the pod will be a trip to Disney's Fort Wilderness in August (glad we have air con).&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>We've decided to name the rig the "Arrrrr Pod" as we are also avid sailors and pirates are cool (just ask my son). &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Hope to see some of you on the road. &nbsp; As soon as I figure out the photo upload procedure I'll add some pictures.</div>]]>
