I have not bought from them, but I have visited the Nashville site, was welcomed and not pressured in any way. After I told them I was just wandering around and wasting time while my wife was at a conference near by, they brushed that off, and we talked trailers, camping, and floor plans for half an hour or more. We bought our 178 from Bankston RV in Nashville they are very nice people. I have had limited dealings with them in Huntsville.  My pod came from them -- went through a couple of other people and ended up with me -- so I didn't get it from them, but I took it in to them for the lights recall and got them to do a few other things while they had it.  So from that limited perspective, I have nothing but good things to say about them.  They did what they said the would, for the price agreed upon.   I won't hesitate go to go back.

They have a sort of satellite office in Nashville.  No service; just some sales.  Nice folks there, but I haven't done any business with them.  I wish they had service, I'm essentially in (right outside of) Nashville.  Huntsville is 2+ hours away.

Does anyone have any experience--sales, service--good, bad, or indifferent--with Bankston RV. These guys are the closest dealers--one in Huntsville, AL, and one in Florence, AL.
