Located in Southern Indiana, I have a 2009 Model 173 for sale. It is in very good condition. We have used it for summer travel softball and it isn't getting used very often now. We would rather sell than let it sit in the barn. This model has a fold out couch and a dinette. It has all the standard features - A/C, furnace, stove, fridge, microwave, water heater, shower & toilet, crank rear stabilizers, tv/dvd. Everything is in working condition. It also has warranty from Route 66 that is effective until Feb 2015 that covers repair/replacement of most major components. We will pay $50 transfer fee for warranty.  Asking $8500 but will consider reasonable offers.
