We, along with some good friends, each bought a 178 and are closing next week 7/10/13 at 4:15 pm Eastern time. Since finding this site, I have read many posts where people seem to have reoccurring issues from POD owner to POD owner. If you could go back and do things differently at closing, or asked that certain things be looked at prior to sending you on your POD way, what would it be? I have started a list below from things I have picked up on posts from this site but I am sure there are more.
