    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=217" rel="nofollow">techntrek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3602<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12 Jun 2013 at 9:18pm<br /><br />Ok that checks one possible problem off the list. &nbsp;With the mode set to A/C I assume you've tried pushing the temperature on the wall thermostat all the way down? &nbsp;The thermostat could be bad. &nbsp;If you think you can figure out the wiring behind the thermostat - specifically, which two wires tell the A/C to turn the compressor on - I would do that next to see if its possible to force it. &nbsp;Those wires will run to a switch triggered by the thermostat's temperature lever. &nbsp;If you can force the A/C to turn on then you know the thermostat is bad.&nbsp;]]>
