Would prefer a convection/microwave but instead bought a small toaster oven in lieu of. We're also of the older gen. I'm slightly younger and hubby older than you two. We have camped and rv'd in the past and were tired of trying to find rentals that were affordable and that took pets - thus the r-pod. We've taken two short trips, will take another week or two in a week or so and then will be back out in late July, August and maybe into September. We want to get away from the Texas heat as much as we can, while we can. I'm sure you'll enjoy your Pod - you're never too old!!!!]]>
