Unless you have a very old pod or some special setup your fridge should be able to select 12VDC, Propane, or 110VAC. Which pod model and year do you have?

When traveling you should always turn off your gas.  The fridge can run on 12v when traveling.  It is a lot safer to have it turned off.  Just a little traveling suggestion.

I bumped mine once while camping. I just had a thought to put check cooktop on my departure checklist. Not sure where to put this. After packing and driving home from Spring Gulch Folk Fest I pulled in the yard and as I got out of the truck I heard beeping from my HTT. Thinking it was a low battery I opened the door and smelled gas. I immediately turned off the gas and aired the camper out.
