We bought a I think 3 inch double foam at , god forbid (walmart) it was $99.00 and it sleeps like a dream. it has a joined soft and firm foam. I roll it up and tie it off with bungee cords and store on the top bunk when not in use, on your 171 you can leave it on permantley. it was the 99 bucks we spent so far as the factory cushions leave a lot to be desired.]]>
