We soak the corn in the husks for 15 minutes then put it on the hot grill until it barely starts to char on the husk. We then put it in an Igloo and use the grill for the meats. The corn will be cooked and stay hot for hours. Not coming in contact with boiling water the corn has more of the roasted corn flavor than boiled corn flavor.. Its all good with lots of butter.

Boil water in a kettle, put corn ( do not take husks off) in your cooler, make sure it is hard sided cooler. We have a " corn cooler " inexpensive, I would hate to ruin our good one!!! Pour boiling water on corn and put the lid on. Cook the rest of your meal on your BBQ. When your food is done on the grill, your corn will be done (20 mins min). Do not check on corn, need the steam to cook it! Use caution when taking corn out of cooler and out of husks, IT IS HOT!!!!
