Do you do your own remodeling, or contract it out?  I loved getting into a cool remodel.  We bought a home
built in 1877.  Lord knows how many other hands had been involved since then, but I will hazard a guess
that there is not one aspect of the house that has not been re-done over the 20 years we have owned it.
The only thing I hired out was the new steel roof.

I used to kid about the "old time Cedar Key carpenters."  I claimed that they had the motto:

"Plumb-  Level-  Square-  Pick one!"

Good eye.  We decided to put a good chunk of money into remodelling 3 rooms in our house.  Including moving our kitchen where our dining room now is, making the current kitchen a new informal eating area, and taking out two walls in the process.  That will join up our current living room with the eating area to make a "great room", and mostly open up the kitchen to the eating area with a counter between.
 
Plus we are going on our first leg of a tour of the US this summer.
 
So in the end I didn't want to commit the $ I would need to make up the cost difference between a new camper and what I would get for the pod, on top of everything else.  Confused
 
I can fix one of the major problems - my daughters need more room at night - by adding a temporary bunk above the dining table/bed.  I'll design it so it can be removed.  My other issues will just have to wait.

I noticed the "For Sale" is no longer on your signature photo.  Did you sell your R-Pod, or decide to
hold onto it?  (None of my business, I know.  Just nosey......) LOL
