Yes, I have experienced spotty outages over the last week.  I would be nice to hear what happened, but oh well.

I know that sounds snotty, and I apologize, but the early day outages seem a reasonable price to pay
for the Forum, which may be undergoing some maintenence.  I've only noticed the outage the last few
