    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=807" rel="nofollow">Keith-N-Dar</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3042<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Oct 2012 at 8:07pm<br /><br />I was an early adopter of Kindle and Kindle fire, so as a result I had three of the originals (the first two developed cracks in the case near the screen corners) then two Fires (the first one became deaf and could not find WiFi.&nbsp; All of the defective ones were exchanged without question.&nbsp; New ones sent and I had a month to send the old one back.&nbsp; I am a total fan of Amazon!&nbsp; Unparelleled customer service.&nbsp; I also have Prime, and get great deals on Kindle books, and can read many of them free.&nbsp; Well worth the fee.]]>

So I have used Amazon often for things than would require a length drive, I prefer to save fuel for towing the pod. To date I have been highly satisfied with the service. Latest purchase was 921 LED bulbs for the pod.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1464" rel="nofollow">coopercdrkey</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3042<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Oct 2012 at 5:06pm<br /><br /><img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />But I need to give a shout out to Amazon Customer Service. &nbsp;(We pay for the "Amazon Prime" service.)<div><br></div><div>We have purchased many, many items from Amazon over the years, including a bunch of stuff for our R-Pod-</div><div><br></div><div>Class III Receiver</div><div>Load Distributing Hitch</div><div>Holding Tank Discharge Hose and Support</div><div>Battery Cut-off Device</div><div>Camp Site Folding Table</div><div>Water Pressure Regulator</div><div><br></div><div>and probably a few more that don't come immediately to mind. &nbsp;No problems, until we ordered a new Old Town Canoe. &nbsp;It arrived with hidden damage, a stove in bow and scraped hull graphics to be specific. &nbsp;A "no questions asked" replacement canoe was shipped within a day! &nbsp;The only troublesome thing was how to ship the damaged hull back. &nbsp;Amazon provided a return authorization shipping label, but I had no idea who to call to pick it up in our little out-of-the-way island town.</div><div><br></div><div>I finally scrolled through the Amazon site until I stumbled on the "Contact Us" button. &nbsp;I selected the "Call Me Now" option, and the phone rang immediately! &nbsp;A very helpful young lady assured me that she would take care of everything. &nbsp;Within 20 minutes I received calls from the shipper that was delivering the new canoe with assurance that the same truck and driver would be taking the damaged hull back to Amazon.</div><div><br></div><div>I am, to say the least, a Happy Camper!&nbsp;<img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div>]]>
