Congrats & Welcome!  Burien, eh?  Moved down here to NC 12 years ago from Normandy Park and we sure do miss the area up there.  We were up there visiting friends in March and were surprised at how much the Burien area had grown in the 3 years since we had last been back up.
 
You'll love your Pod ... we are picking up ours tomorrow and can't hardly wait to get out in it!
