I don't believe I've ever been treated so rudely or with such lack of interest by any service provider, ever.</div><div><br></div><div>They must have some great sales staff, but woe be unto you if you need service. Run away as fast as you can. Drive out of state. Find another dealer.</div>]]>

I do like the sales staff.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>Just had my clearance light &nbsp;recall work done here, nice job with only 3 fasteners on each end of the spoiler, in at 9:00, out by lunch.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>My previous service experience with them was a complete train wreck. They absolutely suck at returning phone calls, so just because they don't call you doesn't mean your work isn't done. It could very well be parked out back waiting for you to come and pick it up. Hard to understand since they don't get paid until you come and pay them.</div><div><br></div><div>So it's a crap shoot, but better than going to Lansing.</div><div><br></div>]]>
