For a long time now, my wife and I have been looking for a little camper that would fit us and our two little kids, but would still fit alongside our house.  I refused to pay storage for a camper!  Finally we found the right combination and my wife convinced me this is the one for us.  Last week I picked up the little 2010 172 and drove it home.  After several times measuring the trailer, and remeasuring the side yard, I was convinced it would, theoretically fit into the spot.  As my co-worker said, "sure it will fit into the space, but do you need a sky crane to get it in there?"  Turns out that we got it backed into the spot on the first try, without taking out the eves, fence or gate.  Oh well, maybe another day!

The next couple weekends will be the break-in, hunting near Mt Shasta.  I'll be solo in the trailer, so the wife and kids don't have to hear me curse the trailer for not working right ( or me not working it right)Confused

I've been looking through the forums, looking at all the mod's and tips & tricks.  Us darn engineers, always tinkering!  You know the old saying, "fix it till its broke!"  Please look for my posts in that forum, I've got several questions brewing already....
