I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your dealer. However, I'm sure you'll find someone to take care of your spoiler. On another note, I wish others who have had problems with their dealers, name names. It would help future Rpod purchasers and the rest of us find dealers who are in business to sell product and service the customer after the sale. Additionally, I assume FR does look into these posts and would contact those dealers who reflect poorly on Forest River and their dealer programs, and either reeducate those dealers who aren't fully in compliance with what Forest River expects of their dealers or to terminate their business relationship. After contacting them in early July and making arrangements to order recall parts, I was never able to make any progress. Called them twice more in September, as agreed, to make an appointment, left voice mails, and never got a return call. Called again at the end of September and they claimed they never talked to me before. Now THAT'S an insult to my intelligence.

They told me to go to another dealer, so that's what I'm going to tell everyone else. Go to a different dealer. NOT recommended.
