Welcome. As Sean said, don't expect to find much "official" info. There is a thread that we have put a lot of information in here http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1723&title=creating-an-instruction-maintanence-manual. Also read through the Maintenance section of the forum. That's where I got a lot of my info. As for videos there are a lot of RV related videos on You Tube that I have used. Even new the Pod's do not come with a comprehensive manual. You get manuals for all the component parts of the Trailer. I have just purchased a 2011 R-pod model 177. Where can I get an owner's manuel and where can I see a visual check list and opreations instructions?Thanks,
