Sandcamper,  In Olympic National Park, the beach at Mora near Forks (of Twilight fame) is stunning! Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center at Cape Disappointment is very interesting, and you'ld love the coast of Oregon. Also, wave at me as you go by Ocean Shores, WA. You are really taking a memorable trip that is just packed with stuff to see and enjoy.

This is our fourth day on our six week adventure to the West coast and back.  Currently spending the night in North Souix City.  Interesting, through the hills of NC, TN, and KY gas mileage was 10-11 mpg.  Through the flat land of Iowa gas mileage was 13 - 15 mpg.  2013 177 pulled with a Nissan Pathfinder.
