I don't think it makes a performance difference, but that is just&nbsp;here-say&nbsp;since I don't know for first hand observation. &nbsp;The reason I went with it was the&nbsp;<span style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">trunnion &nbsp;</span>bar system does not hang as low and with my driveway the higher everything is the better. Someone on one of the other forums&nbsp;suggested&nbsp;that if you chose to strong a spring bar size it could stress the trailer. their reasoning was that if the bars were to strong the trailer frame becomes the weak link.&nbsp;]]>

Was leaning toward the E2 and then caught a great sale on the "etrailer" website. Anway&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;...we did go with the trunion bars, which is the answer you seemed interested in. Main reason being that they are stronger. Not enough experience yet to tell you if it makes any practical difference though.<br /><br />'Slogger ]]>
