We pull (well, have pulled twice) out 176-T with a 2002 Dakota with no issue (other than gas mileage, which is bad to begin with with a Dakota, but I digress). Welcome fellow Albertans!
We started towing with a Grand Caravan but soon realized she could not handle it well so moved up to a Dodge Durango which has more than enough power.
Remember that bears can go through your tent part as easily as a tent on the ground and take the usual precautions.

Hello my name is Gavin we live in northern Alberta, Canada, we drive a 2011 Toyota Venza AWD V6. We are going on Tuesday to look at buying a New 176-T and are just wondering if anyone has any comments or suggestions? There is just my wife, son and myself. Also wondering if anyone is or knows someone towing with a Venza?
