Sounds like the "next chapter" in your life is starting... Good for you! What's it gonna be?

Oh, and my father doesn't spend a lot of time in campgrounds anymore. His "camping" has evolved into visiting his kids/ grandkids, relatives, friends, and then, of course, Branson MO, major National Parks, RV Rallies with friends, etc.....

Maybe too old for travel trailers... but never too old for camping!
 
For what it is worth ..... My father switched from travel trailers to RV's (C's then A's then B's) and is now (in his 70's) stilll camping along in a B.... A Roadtrek 210 Popular.... Camping for him is a lot less stressful... Towing, hitching, setup, teardown, etc., are mostly a thing of the past... He still get's to enjoy the core of what he has loved his whole life; just differently. I'm sure that he'll be doing it until he can't drive anymore.....
 
I'm not trying to talk you out of anything, just what came into my thoughts... I guess I hope I keep it going as long as he has. Maybe this post is more about me, than you, or him.... Hmmmmm......

Sorry you have to sell, I am 62 and wife is 60, how old is too old to pull an R pod, I hope to have 8, 10, 12 years left. I have to sell my 2012 172 HRE as I'm just getting a little too old for camping.
Changes to factory order:   Change out of aggressive tread tires to regular trailer tires, no convection oven.
Dealer installed window in entry door, maxair cover for vent, antifreeze kit on water pump.
Owner installed pneumatic flip down wheel on tongue to assist in hitching, mirror on bathroom door.
Asking $12,500, located in Southern British Columbia
