So, while the 'pod is parked in the driveway, waiting for her inaugral "Canadian" trip (she's now officially a Canadian citizen!) I thought I'd play around with oven as I don't have any experience with these convection things.  The included instructions are a little vague, to say the least, but enough that I could figure it out.  I was making brownies anyway so thought it would be a good experiment for the trailer.  SUCCESS!!  Made them in the mini-muffin tin (12 count) and it only took 12 minutes!  Guess I'll be finding a home for that little tin somewhere.  Now, what to experiment with next...?Ying Yang]]> Mon, 23 Apr 2012 17:57:53 +0000 http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=2517&PID=23752#23752
