We received first rate service from Randy's in Redmond, Oregon.  We bought the unit from via the internet and had constant communication with our rep, Corey Parr.  I even ordered some "stuff" for the trailer and had it delivered to Corey so he could put it with the trailer.  They stored the trailer over the the winter for us, no charge.  And Bill, the mechanical tech, is an absolute whiz!  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.  All our paperwork was in order when we went down to pick it up so we were in and out of the border crossing in 20 minutes!
If you're considering an R-Pod, talk to Corey at Randy's Kampers and Kars.  Tell him the Bandelow's sent you!!
