2010 RP172 for sale north of Houston, TX. Used rarely (unfortunately). We love camping and enjoyed every minute we spent in it, but they turned out to be fewer than we'd hoped due to life getting in the way. We're asking $11,000. I've added a flip down wheel jack on the hitch and a custom butcher block counter top with a little extra space. Comes with sewer and fresh hoses, 30 amp cord, 20# propane tank, metal wheel chocks. No Micro, no TV. Nice AC - 11,000btu - chilly! Around 2220 lbs dry weight. Everything is in very good condition, as we've only used it less than a dozen times.
