We'll be doing the same this year.  Spray well with oil, roast at 350 for about 15-18 minutes.  Should be crunchy when you taste-test.  Cover with ground salt when done.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=598" rel="nofollow">kymooses</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2094<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 Oct 2011 at 3:09pm<br /><br />I've found our temperatures to be pretty spot on.&nbsp; Carrie does a lot of baking in ours and has always gotten great results at suggested temperature with the suggested time.<div>&nbsp;</div><div>We use 395 when we make sausage and bacon in the oven in the mornings.&nbsp; </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I think we might get one more chance this year to try toast in the oven.&nbsp; We have taken our toaster before but only when we're having bagels.&nbsp; I'd very much like to just not have to take it anymore though.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Isn't it crazy how the same ovens cause vary so widely in temps?</div>]]>

The very FIRST thing we put in the pod was a toaster. <br><br>We have done a pizza, but we started with a whole pizza, not this whole just throw the ingredients in and see what happens method.. cookies,&nbsp; and scratch biscuits.. Ours is very consistent in it's heating, but not in anyway shape or fashion in agreement with requested temperature in convection mode. <br><br>I made up a chart..<br><br>ie: <br>250 = 275<br>275 = 300<br>300 = 350<br>350 = 425<br>etc.. I have not tried actually requesting 400.. I am afraid it will melt down.<br><br><br>First batch of cookies came out pretty nasty at "350".. caused me to do some experimenting and logging..<br><br><br>]]>
