Sorry for the late reply, we have been doing alot of camping in the mountains without much internet service. We bought our 173 from Ketelsen and they were quite good working with us. We have had some issues with minor repairs which they handled quite promptly and efficently. Steve in the service department has answered all our concerns. As we all know, the Forest River website asks us to work with our "local" dealers in obtaining an R-Pod. For usnthat narrowed itmdown to 2 dealers and one of them said he no longer sells R-Pods. Long story short   ...we are headed to Kelelsen's in Wheat Ridge, CO.

Just womdering if anyone here has dealt with them and what their experience has been.
