    We had a equalizer hitch and returned it because it was too close to the ground. That was about a year ago. We installed the risers and reordered the equalizer hitch, the hitch should arrive tuesday. I had to take our Pod to the DMV today to get it registered. It was about 30 miles round trip, first time towing anything and quite a windy day in the north east . I have to say I was a lot of bit nervous because I am still waiting for parts for the sway control and wasn't sure how it was going to drive. After 3 plus hours at the DMV it's all registered and I'm feeling slightly more confident about towing it. I  am hoping that the equalizer hitch takes some of the herky jerky out of the ride though.
