Bought at Harbor Freight for about $10. I've yet to purchase the locking reciever hitch bar (also available at HF, Northern Tool, or any other trailer place), I just use the bar and pin that came with the hitch. For me the purpose of the tongue lock, in addition to keeping the trailer trailing while driving, is to keep any would-be hijacker from swiping the trailer while I'm away. Though anyone with five bucks for a hacksaw could probably dispatch the $10 lock without too much effort.
