I wish I could answer your question, but I can't.  I'm not aware of anyone, anywhere that rents them. 
The only rental campers that I know of are Class C motorhomes.
 
However, please feel free to pass along any questions you may have about the R-Pod.  Most everyone here is very willing to help with an honest opinion.  This forum is owned/operated by Pod owners (as opposed to being owned by a Dealer or Manufacturer), so you will get an honest perspective.
 
You might pass along if you are new to camping or a seasoned veteran.
