My shower screen in my 2025 205 retracts (think roller shade).

I took the whole thing down and took the ends off, it seems that the spring is attached on one end but not the other.   Could this be my problem?   I'm not sure how to fix it.

Has anyone experienced this?    How do I fix my screen so it retracts?
