You have to access it from the outside. You should also check the reset buttons above it. Make sure the water heater us full of water otherwise the element will burn out. Finally, there is a breaker behind the power center door. Make sure that hasn't tripped.

We r hooked up to KOA water and electric. We watched a video that said we dont need to use prpane to heat r watwr if we r hooked up to city water and electric. So we went outside to "toggle" the "black" switch but ours was white???..We have a 2025 rpod 180. Is the switch to turn off the propane to the water heater black or white? And now we cant get the water heater to come on at all. After we have toggled the white switch both ways? Any idea what we have done wrong?
