Inside the bathroom a very slow drip of water was coming from the screw hole of the plastic fan housing; about 1 drip every 15 seconds. Now at home and dried out, I inspected the roof exterior sealant/caulking around the fan, and could see some minor deterioration of the sealant and possible separation of the sealant to the fan housing. (I'll try an upload 2 photos)</div><div>What to do...?</div><div>-get some Dicor sealant and apply on inner &amp; outer edges of existing (original) sealant</div><div>-remove all of old (original) sealant and goop on thick layer of fresh&nbsp;</div><div>-other...</div><div>any advice is appreciated</div><div><br></div><div><img src="uploads/5217/IMG_6492.jpeg" height="640" width="480" border="0" /><img src="uploads/5217/IMG_6493.jpeg" height="640" width="480" border="0" /></div>]]>
