The socket that fits is as much as the anode or more, but the dealer price is outrageous. Why do you need to replace it so soon? Use a two or three wraps of teflon tape when replacing.

So I hear I need to change my anode rod but ther dealer wants 235 bucks to do this and I am not paying that !
DO you guys know which Anode Rod I need to get ? I know they come in magnesium aluminum etc and some are 9 inch some are 9.5
I have a 2023 rpod 180 beast mode and the water heater definitely needs to get a new one I think.
Can you guys help me with this one which one should i get ?  A link would be nice !
