    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=8731" rel="nofollow">JR</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 16277<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Aug 2025 at 8:20am<br /><br />Sounds to me that your screen door is in the need of some tender loving tweeking.&nbsp; The way mine works is that when the screen door is latched to the outside door the both can be opened together either from the inside or the outside.&nbsp; If the screen door's latch is not engaged with the outside door then opening the outside door either from the outside or the inside still leaves the screen door in the closed position. Check the adjustment on the latch of the screen door which engages it to the outside door.&nbsp; Hope this helps]]>
