I have a perfectly functioning fridge from my 2019 172 here.  One issue- the wire that is part of the thermo Switch (Thermocouple?) that is on the burner is broken off flush with the probe on the burner assy.  It lights fine but will go out as it thinks there is a flameout and shuts off the gas.  Wrks great on 120V and 12V so the capillary section is obviously ok.  I am going 12V as I had a NovaKool here brand new.  anyway that's the story- everything works other than the above, all the bits and pieces and the original manual is here.  Located in Vancouver Canada.  Shipping would be on the buyers dime and risk.  $500 CDN obo?
