Update - Cool service guy at dealer (we like this dealership!) did some research and found a substitute "distribution box" (the bottom portion of the whole unit) by the same manufacturer that sends the air in different directions, if it's compatible (likely) I'll drive our trailer on down and leave it to get it replaced ina couple days (rather than wait months for a same-day appointment). I don't know what it looks like but I would look and see if there are various sliding or other knobs and or panels that can open and close to direct the air. The Dometic Penguin II that was in our former RPod 179 had them on the front, back, and sides of the inside shroud as well as a panel that could open and close to limit the straight down airflow. I don't know if the shroud in yours has the same features or not.

Our 2025 192 has a demonic Furrion AC unit, incredibly loud but the main thing is it only blows straight down in the center of the pod so forget about sitting at the table when it's on. Does anyone know when they went with the Furrion on the 192?
