Mine does, and despite several attempts at sealing including replacing the rusted-out screws holding it, I just came in from another day of prep for use having cleaned up a stain from just such a dried out leak.]]>

The starting height is around the top of the window above the bed.  It is almost nonexistent when parked.  It always happens when towing during a rain storm.  Does anyone else have a similar experience, and how did you diagnose the location of the leak?  Thank you!!]]>
