We've owned it three years and regularly and properly maintained it. Everything works flawlessly as it should. No leaks. No soft spots. Never smoked in. Never abused. Immaculately clean in/out. We are now raising our granddaughter, so we’ve purchased a larger size camper, and this one is for sale.We prefer to Boondock/Dry camp so we have upgraded it with two 20lbs propane tanks and two 12-volt batteries. Replaced: factory mattress with 10” memory foam mattress, Furion audio with a Boss AM/FM CD/DVD Player, sewer discharge cap, commode flush valve, high flow-rate fresh water pump, propane regulator, 7-way RV Style Connector with molded cable, and water heater anode rod.Maintenance: Greased inner/outer wheel bearings with Red Sticky #2. All holding tanks cleaned and disinfected. New tires.Mods: Previous owner removed dinette set and professionally relocated power station to create a larger living area. We replaced the dinette with a new couch this spring.Original MSRP: $24,725.Camping World's Price: $18,999 Escanaba, MI and $19,999 Akron, OH.Included with sale: Wireless Rear-View Camera system, Curt weight distribution hitch with sway control, Chock blocks, Fresh water hose, Black water hose, two 10’ sewer hoses with 90-degree connector, city water regulator, 90 degree elbow connector, and water filter, 19mm socket for leveling jacks, Bulldog hitch lock, Portable sewer container, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and R-pod 180 specific-fit trailer cover.Specs: Dry Weight: 2,931lbsPayload Capacity: 882lbsHitch Weight 332lbsHeight: 9’ 5”Width: 8’Length: 20’Fresh water tank capacity: 30 GallonGrey water tank capacity: 30 GallonBlack water tank capacity: 30 Gallon

Edited by Rodman - 08 Jul 2025 at 10:54am
