Cooking in the RPof : I ended up doing most of the cooking...

As you note, there is no vent above the stove. While we no longer have the RPod, the Cherokee Grey Wolf is only marginally better. It has a vent hood, but a weak fan and it will still set the smoke detector off if I try to do anything that generates smoke. So, I still do the grilling and frying outside. I started to take the smoke detector down and cover it with a pillow until after I am done cooking. After all, if it is pouring outside and I can't cook outside, we still need to eat.

Does not appear to be vented to the outside. Any more than boiling water will trip the smoke detector.

Thanks in advance,

Leon and Johanne Barnes
Adventures in Retirement
