Cook Stove Question : Since I do not have that model,...

It is likely that nothing larger than a 17" grill would fit. That is what came with the Cherokee Grey Wolf. The model is this one:

https://www.campingworld.com/greystone-17-lp-gas-grill-and-griddle-combo-134238.html

The griddle is not cast iron. It is porcelain coated steel. It works okay, but I would be careful with using metal utensils on it. It isn't the greatest grill, but it does work. In actuality, I tend to use the Coleman two-burner stove more as the Greystone lacks a burner to warm things that wouldn't work well on a grill or griddle. The Greystone works pretty well. I don't know if I would purchase one for stand-alone use, but it is okay.
