If you want to save a $120 bucks, go with the Carlisles. With the light usage you indicate, your tires will most likely age out before they wear out.]]>

Only have about 2K miles on them so I can't say if they are wearing well or not. Way more expensive than the Carlisles, but wanted to give them a try as they get good reviews on the Escape forum. I had Carlisle Radial Trails and they wore well until our axles got bent. Can't expect any tire to hold up to poor alignment.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1146" rel="nofollow">jato</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 16131<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Feb 2025 at 9:07am<br /><br />Never been a fan of goodyears and won't discuss here.&nbsp; Regardless I have been extremely pleased with the Carlisle Radial Trail HD, load range "D" which is my current set of shoes.&nbsp; Currently they are 4 years old, have about 20,000 miles and tread still looks nearly new.&nbsp; As with any tire, they will age out before the tread does, unless you have a severe issue such as a bent axle where camber is way off.&nbsp; IMHO Carlisle is an equivalent to gye with the exception that the warranty on Carlisle is 2x longer than what is offered on goodyears.]]>
