Both tires are perfectly capable. If you want to save a $120 bucks, go with the Carlisles. I went to the GY Endurance on my last tire change. Only have about 2K miles on them so I can't say if they are wearing well or not. Way more expensive than the Carlisles, but wanted to give them a try as they get good reviews on the Escape forum. I had Carlisle Radial Trails and they wore well until our axles got bent.
