It looks like your hot water heater is located between the rear storage area and the slide out the driver's side.

Most Rpods have the water heater access and the vents for the furnace co-located on the side of the trailer.

The large, black panel is the cover for the water heater. The two round vents are the furnace.

Easy way to spot where it is roughly is to see where the water heater panel is on the outside. Then look inside at that area for an access panel or door or (if under the bed) under a panel. I don't have that model, so I can't say for sure, but that is where I would start.
