Two of the 4 corners have cracked completely off, and the other two are about to fail. As a temporary fix I've taped the frame to the ceiling, while looking for a replacement.</div><div><br></div><div>I don't have a manual for the unit, and can't find a part number or any identification numbers on the "frame", nor do I know the make/model of the fan unit.</div><div><br></div><div>Any idea how where to obtain this part?
